Video CV vs normal CV

I have seen Bejant and I think it's a good idea. I think the real differentiator will be how people develop their video profiles. At the very least this will be someone reading from their CV, this is where I think this comes into it's own.

This is a chance for people to break out of the structured approach that is a CV. Be a little different, reveal something else about who you are and what you are passionate about - let that carry through. You never know you may get hired because of this.........

Hi guys

We have recently launched Bejant in beta on: http://www.bejant.com/.

We have been working on a idea which in a nutshell is Youtube meets Linkedin meets Milkround meets Facebook.It is the next step forward from Linkedin and Facebook, combining web 3.0 technology, video technology and social/business networking.

It is designed for graduates in the UK but will then go global very quickly and targeted for the major corporates. We have signed up a number of customers already even though we are still in the early stages of development. We have also got the support of some major UK universities who have said that what we are doing will change the way recruitment is done forever!
