I have seen Bejant and I think it's a good idea. I think the real differentiator will be how people develop their video profiles. At the very least this will be someone reading from their CV, this is where I think this comes into it's own.

This is a chance for people to break out of the structured approach that is a CV. Be a little different, reveal something else about who you are and what you are passionate about - let that carry through. You never know you may get hired because of this.........

When you've registered on Bejant, promote your profile as much as you can by making it visible to people that could be interested in employing or networking with you.
